Dona Strohbehn is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate with a passion for helping individuals navigate trauma, PTSD, and anxiety disorders. With specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), she blends evidence-based therapeutic techniques with a deep understanding of the human experience to guide her clients toward healing and personal growth.

Beyond traditional therapy, Dona has a unique connection to the unseen world. Since childhood, she has been able to see and communicate with spirits, an ability that has shaped her lifelong journey of bridging the gap between the living and the other side. Known in the paranormal community as The Paranormal Therapist, she investigates haunted locations, helps spirits find peace, and provides insight into the supernatural. Her work has taken her to some of the most infamous haunted sites, including Waverly Hills Sanatorium, where she has experienced and validated spiritual encounters.

Dona is also a writer, currently working on Whispers of Salem, book a that intertwines history, personal experiences, and the supernatural. She has published The Road to Waverly Hills and The Paranormal Therapist. She is a proud member of Angel Paranormal Investigations, working alongside her team to uncover the mysteries of the afterlife.
